Resetting animation

Post by itsrad » Mon Jul 20, 2009 6:18 pm

Hi,
I have trouble with my tank. I just forgot to save , then test the animation , the get back to the previous save ... following this procedure is helpful when u try to mess around with the objects when its got animated. And i saved the file while its animated by mistake and rolling back to a previous save will take me long time to fix it again. So, is there a way to reset the whole animation ?(Crawler tracks and crawler ext are used )

thanks in advance.

Something you can try:
Make sure you're using a countdown for the recording (found in Main -> Preferences). Move the time slider to the first frame of the animation (frame 0). Then double-click Record. When you press Record all saved input data (and all "forthcoming" key frames) is cleared, so what you're doing with a double-click on the Record button is clearing all input data and then stopping the recording before you actually start recording anything. If there was some faulty input data messing up the start, it should be gone now.
