3DS Max Units Set-Up

I was using a Spline Speed Controller to control the 4 Wheet Ext and the speed didn't seem correct whenever I recorded the animation. Naturally I thought it was the Speed Units set-up but it still was moving faster than it should. I thought it was some setting in the 4 Wheel Ext properties but after painful and several hours of searching, it dawned on me to check 3DS Max Unit Set-up. My system set-up was set to feet when it should have been metric. Hopefully this bit of knowledge will help others avoid the same frustrations I experienced.
