1- Is it possible to change the time when a simulation happens? (without unpluggin)
May be deleting all the keyframes and starting over in another frame.

Hi,
Unfortunately, you cannot move the simulation time. Either finish the recording, unplug and then move the keys. Otherwise i would simply recommend you to make the recording again, this time on the correct timeframe. Unless you have a very complicated recording, it usually doesn't take too much time to re-record the event.
