If you download the latest bundle you will get it. I believe it was release around 22nd of April this year.

What's the difference between "soft motion cam" and "Motion filter cam"?

While Craft SoftMotionCam softens the motion of a camera or an object, like a steady cam, Craft MotionFilterCam overcompensates and will exaggerate the movement it inherits from its parent (see image below).
