The 4-Wheeler Extended had a revision a few months back and unfortunately the jumping capabilities had to be reduced. It interfered too much with the "normal" behaviour of the 4-wheeler and therefore the decision was to remove (or actually adjust) the jumping capabilities and improve the driving behaviour instead. It is still able to jump, but only such jumps you would normally expect to encounter unless you're a stunt driver.

If you need to have your car hurl straight through the air i recommend you use Craft Director Studio with a physics engine or similar. Simply make the chassis a rigid object right after jump and let the physics engine take care of the rest.

My hope is that we will be able to make another revision of the 4-wheeler where we can re-introduce long jumps again, but right now we simply have to prioritize other tasks.

i really would like to have the ground release option back. it was one of the best things on the 4 wheeler.

The Wheel Ground Release function is still there but its not the best function to use when doing big jumps since it's built for small jumps.
