Hey guys, I was wondering how you would recommend going about doing a power slide with 4-Wheeler extended. We'd like to simulate the kind of drifting you might get when the road surface is wet.

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.

There are some different ways of creating the skidding effect. The possible parameters to change in the config are the following:

General Properties
Skidding Offset Value
Skidding Release Value (Lateral Vel Rel)
Skidding Release Response Factor

Input Property Parameters
Skidding Response Factor
Skidding Maximum

The best one is probably to change the "Skidding Release Value (Lateral Vel Rel)" under the General Properties to a lower value. What it does is to make the 4-Wheeler slide when turning in a certain speed and above. You are also able to set up the skidding input via the input settings for the 4-Wheeler Extended and use this button to make the car slide. Change the "Skidding Maximum" to make the car loose it's grip more.
