Floating license check out issues with Maya 2020

Hello,

We have been observing repeated issues with the floating license not releasing after Maya is closed on either Linux or Windows platforms. When Maya is re-opened on either the same or a different host the license is no longer available.

To workaround the issue we have been manually releasing the license on the server side but this is not a viable solution. Has this issue been noted previously and is there any solution for this that we can implement on our end?

We are using the latest Director Studio plugin version for both Windows and Linux.

We are very close to release a version using a totally different license solution. This will solve this issue for you.
