floating License needing port changed

Hello,

Our server is not releasing a license when the user shuts down 3ds MAX. Has anyone ran into this and is there an easy way to resolve it?

Hi Josh and welcome to the forum.

I believe that the issues you are facing are because you have a license structure mismatch between the license server and CDS. So, my suggestions is that you make sure to install the latest version of CDS (v20.2.4) and the latest version of the license server (v14). To make sure you have the latest structure in the license file I have regenerated your license. Please find it attached.
