car jumping over a ledge

i downloaded the trail and i saw the tutorials but when i link my car to the ground it just keeps on sticking there and i can't get it to jump off the ground even when i have a huge jump i tried to mess around the jump settings in the configure tab but it's the same results over and over again so can you help me pleas

P.s- i need to my car to jump over a ledge or something just in case you wondered what i am aiming for

Hello Biglip and welcome to the forum. The easiest way to achieve this is to load the configuration profile called "Car with Jump Settings".

If you want to do it manually, first make sure that "Enable Jumping" is enabled in the configuration. If you want the car to jump at the slightest bump lower "Suspension Length (Radius Relative)" to a low value. And make sure you have a high speed when going over the ledge. Good luck!
