Can a car rig input be other object position?

Hey!
I wonder if it's possible to move a car by other object position?
Example:

Woman walks with a baby stroller.
Baby stroller is rigged by craft director.
So moving of the rig must be defined by movement of woman palm.

Target Mesh pulls car but in this case i need a PUSH.
Is it possible to push a car rig?

Hi Khams,

In theory you could just rig the stroller in the opposite way on the 4-Wheeler Extended, make the turnbase be 4-Wheelers rear wheels. Then push with the use of the target mesh, however this is quite hard to master as the 4-Wheeler will behave as it would like to avoid the target mesh. But it will do what you are asking for.

Best Regards,
Patrik

It crossed my mind but i chickened out at the last moment thinking it's impossible.
I'll give it a try. Thanx.

What about lawnmower thing? I guess it moves exactly like a stroller.

Well, it depends on the type of lawnmower.
We have clients that have used the 4-Wheeler to create animations for lawnmowers and I am pretty sure they did not animate them backwards ;)

If you have one where the wheels does not turn just place a pair of ExtraWheels in the same place as the front wheels of the 4-Wheeler and fixate them.
