The most reliable way I've found is to use a 4 wheeler with the wheels matched to the outer stryker wheels. For the inner wheels I use extra wheels with "Fixate Wheel" set to on for the rear one and off for the front one. I've tried using fixate wheels set to on for both and gears to make the front inner wheel match the orientation of the front outer wheels but it didn't work very well.
