Spanish versions of the manuals/videos

Post by Javier Gomez-D. » Sat Mar 28, 2009 6:59 pm

Hello there guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, but anyway...Is it possible to translate all your manuals/videos to spanish? I feel that with all the spanish and southamerican 3D community growing each day this is a must for you guys. I have no problem understanding english but many of my friends don't speak a word so it would be useful for a LOT of people. I was thinking about translating 2-3 manuals into spanish and post it on my blog so my friends could ckeck it out and enjoy with your amazing product as much as I do. Then I realised that maybe I can't do it because I guess all your stuff is copyrighted or something...

Hope you guys let us know what you think about this issue.

Greetings from Madrid.

We would love to have all of our information available in as many languages as possible. Unfortunately it's pretty time-consuming work and a big problem is whenever we update something, instead of doing just one update we need to update every single language.

But this is becoming a bigger issue with each day as we start to travel into Asia and South America as you say, so of course it's something we want to provide.
And if you'd want to translate our help documentation and put on your blog, I don't see any problems with that. As long as you provide links to us.

Hello Carl,

I'll translate some manuals for sure, but first I have to finish a personal project so you'll be the first to know when I translate it.

Thanks a lot.
